Kitchen installation with the property arrangements considered

Right Build Group provides kitchen fitting and interior refurbishment in Earls Court. We remove and replace kitchens and coordinate the related plumbing, electrical work, flooring and decoration specified for the room. For a project in a shared building, the route to the flat and the requirements supplied for the work form part of our planning. We also offer bathrooms and fitted carpentry, allowing other improvements to be included in the same refurbishment.

The service begins with an onsite survey, relevant measurements and photographs, and a discussion of your requirements. We prepare a written quotation identifying labour, materials and responsibilities. Once accepted, we agree start arrangements and your assigned project manager organises the trades and communicates progress.

A site visit for the kitchen and access route

We discuss the property, selected kitchen and available photographs before arranging the survey. At the visit we establish the retained appliances and finishes, the changes wanted and any adjoining rooms involved. We also consider stairs, entrances and the building arrangements provided for deliveries or working hours. These details help us describe the installation and how the materials and trades will reach the room.

We measure the installation and assess the background

Relevant dimensions and photographs are recorded alongside visible walls, floors and accessible services. We assess cabinet and appliance openings and the relationship between the new units and retained features. Preparation visible at the survey can be described in the quote. Where old cabinets or coverings conceal conditions, we explain the inspection limit and how further repairs will be reviewed if removal exposes more work.

Fitting the selected kitchen system

Our kitchen service includes rigid and self-assembly systems, with cabinet assembly and fitting, worktops and related details specified for your products. We can include removal and disposal, plumbing, drainage, appliances, electrical alterations and extraction. Splashbacks, tiling, flooring and decoration are available around the installation. Supply responsibilities are established before the start so products and trade tasks are identified clearly within the written proposal.

Repairing and decorating the surrounding room

We provide plastering, preparation and painting of the agreed surfaces after the relevant fitting work. Doors, frames, architraves and skirting can be included with walls and ceilings. Floor work can cover base preparation, covering, trims and related door adjustments. If the hallway or another room also needs finishing, its extent is stated so the kitchen installation and adjoining work can be organised together.

Your project manager

Your project manager organises the trades

After the work is approved, we agree start arrangements and your manager coordinates preparation, services, fitting and final finishes. Building access requirements supplied for the project are considered with the sequence. Progress and decisions are communicated through your contact. If additional repair is revealed, we describe the proposed response and any price or programme effect before extending the work beyond the quotation.

Earls Court / property & permissions

Retained rooms and shared-building requirements

At your Earls Court property we discuss the finishes and rooms that remain around the project. We identify any making good included where new work meets retained floors or timber details. Requirements supplied for shared areas are addressed in the arrangements, including agreed protection and access. The proposal records the work commissioned within the flat, allowing the team to plan installation without leaving its boundaries unclear.

Bathrooms and storage in a wider refurbishment

We provide bathroom removal, plumbing, preparation, tiling and fitting, with associated carpentry and decoration. Our carpenters also build wardrobes, cupboards, shelving and bookcases measured for the space. These services can be included alongside the kitchen. We assess their dimensions and requirements and describe the items, products and finishes separately, allowing the project manager to coordinate the work across the rooms involved.

How we organise your work

Planning deliveries and daily use before starting

We discuss delivery routes, working space, material storage and removal responsibilities in advance. If the flat is occupied, we explain the anticipated effect on cooking, washing and access through the project areas. Your contact coordinates these practical details with the trades and the agreed building arrangements. This establishes how the property will be used during the installation as well as how the new fittings are supplied.

Your completed refurbishment

Checking the kitchen and agreed interior finishes

We review the kitchen installation with you, including the fitting and surrounding interior work described in the quotation and agreed changes. Relevant cabinet operation, fitted items, floor transitions and decorated surfaces are considered where included. We record remaining details and arrange follow-up through your project contact. Applicable product instructions and installation information supplied for the job are handed over, covering the kitchen products and other fitted items delivered under the refurbishment.

Your written quotation

Written costs with supply and access responsibilities

Our quotation sets out labour, materials, preparation, installation and finishing included in the job. It states supplied products, owner purchases, exclusions and responsibilities for related tasks. Agreed removal and access arrangements are described where they form part of the service. Uncertain conditions are distinguished from confirmed work, so you can review the proposed kitchen and associated costs before approving the start arrangements.

Useful answers

Your Earls Court refurbishment questions

Specific answers about work, access and the quotation.

Can you fit a kitchen in a flat with shared entrances?

We assess the room and discuss access requirements supplied for the building. Deliveries, agreed protection and removal arrangements are considered alongside the installation before start arrangements are confirmed.

Do you fit a kitchen supplied in flat packs?

Self-assembly cabinet systems can be included in our fitting service. We review the selected units, worktops and appliances and state assembly, installation and connected trade tasks in the quote.

Can the hallway decoration be included?

We can assess its surfaces with the kitchen and specify repair, preparation and finishing. The quotation identifies the hallway extent so decorating work outside the kitchen has a clear boundary.

Can existing kitchen appliances be reused?

We assess their dimensions and connections with the new layout. Retained items and the installation tasks included are identified before fitting, rather than assuming every appliance is being replaced.

What building information helps you plan deliveries?

We discuss the route, any access booking requirements and working arrangements provided for the property. These are considered with the products and material handling responsibilities included in the job.

Can you include new bedroom storage in the same project?

We provide fitted wardrobes, cupboards and shelving. The additional space is measured and the item specified, then fitting and surrounding decoration can be coordinated with the wider refurbishment.

What if removal reveals more wall preparation?

Your project contact explains the newly exposed condition and proposes the repair with its cost and sequence effect. Additional work is reviewed with you before the original project is extended.

How is the installation reviewed before handover?

We review the agreed fittings and room finishes, record remaining items and arrange follow-up. Applicable product and installation information supplied for the work is provided with the final review.
